Led multifunctional teams providing programmatic oversight of multiple technology demonstration and prototype projects. Delivered first Missile Warning payload hosted on a commercial satellite defining a new paradigm in business models, information assurance, and international partnerships. Led the successful source selection for critical Missile Warning contract valued at $238M.
